Swiggy Instamart's older cohorts are starting to look like a real business

Swiggy's Instamart contribution margin in cohort-one cities improved 110 bps sequentially. Cohort-two is still negative but the rate of improvement is faster than the headline number suggests.

The contrast with Zepto is no longer about whether the category works. It is about how long capital backs each operator's path to density.
